NEEDLE VALVE in Athimarapatti, Tamil Nadu

Manufacturer of Best quality NEEDLE VALVE in Athimarapatti, Tamil Nadu

A needle valve is used to accurately control flow rates of clean gasses or liquids. Gradual adjustments of the stem and plunger enable smooth flow control. Needle valves are linear motion valves, which are used in instrument systems for throttling of small volumes. A needle valve is a manual valve that is used where continuous throttling is required for the flow regulation. The plunger features a small handle to operate in the easy and precise operation of the valve. When fully attached, the extended end of the valve fits exactly into the seat, a part of the appliance that is being regulated. In case of a valve opened by mistake, then also space between needle and seat are so less, that a minimal amount of substance will be allowed to pass through it. Needle valves are somehow similar to globe valves in design with the biggest difference being the sharp needle-like disk of this. This material is extremely durable and can withstand extreme temperatures. Needle valves are typically used to regulate the flow of pure gases or liquids. The needle valve has an isolation system with precision which is attended by the fine movement of the shaft, which enables the gearbox to move the piston tube in sliding motion for opening and closing position. These valves gradually have low flow rates and a relatively significant pressure drop from the inlet to the outlet. The most common application of a needle valve is to control gas flow, such as propane in a tank.

Needle valves are sometimes referred to as Plunger valves. This helps piping professionals to perfectly control and regulate fluid flow and pressure. The Needle valve got its name because of its narrow needle-like plug and port arrangement. The needle valves are small in size but fluid flow controlling is of exceptional accuracy. Needle Valve Manufacturers have created this valve with different body materials for low pressure brass material will be used & for high pressure Stainless Steel, Duplex & Super Duplex, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy. Material grade will be used, because it is the best material for corrosive media and highly pressurized gases.
