Manufacturing note
Nascent fittings INC is a leading Manufacturer and Exporter of Blind Flanges, which are used to seal the ends of piping, valves, and pressure vessel openings. It is used to block a pipeline and features mounting holes and gasket sealing rings around the perimeter. Used for terminating or isolating piping systems, blind flanges are essentially blank discs. When installed properly and combined with the correct gaskets, they can achieve an outstanding seal which is easy to remove when needed. Blind Flanges are manufactured without a bore and used to blank off the ends of piping, Valves and pressure vessel openings. From the standpoint of internal pressure and bolt loading, blind flanges, particularly in the larger sizes, are the most highly stressed flange types. However, most of these stresses are bending types near the centre, and since there is no standard inside diameter, these flanges are suitable for higher pressure temperature applications. Blind flanges are used in a variety of industries, including petrochemical, pipe engineering, Oil & Gas, Ship Building, Power Plant, Docks, Water Treatment Plant, Chemical Industries etc. The use of Blind flange pipe has significantly sped up the process for constructing pipelines. It has also made the task of repair and sectional replacement easier. Sections of pipe can now be assembled anywhere in the world and shipped to the job site. Once there, they can simply be bolted in place and the repair is done.
