About
Duplex Steel Tubes
Product overview combined with Duplex Steel material context for project selection.
Precision tubes for heat exchangers, instrumentation and process lines. Nascent supplies seamless and welded tubes in stainless, alloy, copper alloys, duplex and nickel grades with controlled OD, wall and finish for critical service.
Tubes are offered to ASTM / ASME / EN dimensional and material requirements, with MTC support for boilers, condensers, coolers and sanitary or high-purity applications as specified.
Manufacturing note
Coil form tubes are used in high heat applications such as heat exchangers, condensers and in superheaters. The pipes are of smaller dimensions and are used in coils. Coil straighteners are used to install the coils in place. Coil-shaped tube Heat Exchanger tubes are designed specifically for use in heat exchangers. Coiling the tubes lengthens the material flow length within a given space. Nascent fittings are one of the leading Stainless Steel Coil Tubing Manufacturers and we produce these coils in different material grades. Coil tube is the most cost-effective way for many applications because the raw material is cheaper and widely available than the other material grades. Coil tubes are of high quality and have less absolute roughness, so that they could be used with accuracy. The Coiled tube is used along with other types of pipes. Coiled tube is seamless due to the smaller diameters and fluid flow requirements. The Coil form Tube is placed under warm water, hot air, or inside a heating chamber to accelerate the heating of the fluids inside the coil. The coil tubing must have precise dimensions, be resistant to corrosion, and be able to withstand high temperatures.
